Charm and authenticity define this 17th-century house, restored with respect for its original character.

Casa Falcone, located in the heart of a region designated as a "Grands Sites de France," is a beautiful village winemaker's house at the foot of the iconic Baroque church of San Martinu in Patrimonio. Built in the 17th century, it was fully restored in 2000, respecting its original character: wooden interior shutters, chestnut beams, a stone staircase, louvered windows, wall niches, and antique terracotta tiles. An authentic stay awaits you here, with all the necessary modern comforts. Its large, landscaped terrace, pergola, and small garden offer an ideal outdoor living space with the added bonus of exceptional 180° views of the Nebbio mountains, the renowned Patrimonio AOC vineyards, and even a glimpse of the Gulf of Saint-Florent.The originality and attention to detail in the decor (the owner is passionate about travelling and has brought back objects from his many transcontinental journeys), as well as the vaulted section (which remains cool year-round) offering a spacious master suite, are additional assets for this charming home. Patrimonio, the gateway to Cap Corse, is only 5 km from Saint-Florent with its marina, beaches, shops, restaurants, and numerous water sports.The region offers many opportunities for excursions: hiking trails (in particular the coastal path and the heritage trail, which starts 100 meters from the house), the wine route, pétanque courts, and local festivals enlivened by the Patrimonio brotherhood.

Lower ground floor also has independent access from the alley.The Patrimonio Guitar Festival takes place at the open-air theater, 150 meters from the terrace (second half of July, for one week). The concert can be heard from the terrace.
