In the heart of the village of Patrimonio, air-conditioned studio for 2 people with breathtaking views of the vineyards.

Ideal for two people, this studio apartment is located in the village of Patrimonio, in the heart of the famous vineyard of the same name, the island's first Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée (AOC). Inside, comfort is guaranteed: air conditioning in the living room, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen, towels, sheets, and cleaning included. Everything has been designed to ensure you have a most pleasant stay, and to top it all off, the cottage has a large terrace with an unobstructed view of the village and its church. The accommodation is located just above the owners' wine cellar and tasting room. Domaine Leccia is an organic vineyard covering more than 13 hectares in the commune of Poggio d'Oletta. The owners, Manon and Lisandru, will enthusiastically and passionately introduce you to its history through the discovery and tasting of their wine. From here, there are many possibilities available to you. Saint-Florent is only a few kilometers from the cottage. This small seaside resort, which is very lively in the summer, offers a wide choice of restaurants, shops, crafts, and local services organized around its charming marina. Sports enthusiasts can explore the coastal path or choose to indulge in water sports such as boating, jet skiing, paddle boarding, or diving. Don't miss the trip to the famous Saleccia beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Haute-Corse, which offers a picture-postcard landscape and can only be reached by boat. Finally, for those who prefer more cultural tourism, the proximity of Bastia is an added bonus.

Très bon séjour

Trés bon accueil. Logement propre et refait à neuf. Très bien équipé il ne manquait rien. On y retournera l année prochaine.
