Description

An enchanting stay in a former farmhouse in the heart of a 1-hectare park, 5 km from the sea

Welcome to Casa Albina, a 1-hectare estate planted and landscaped with Mediterranean trees on the edge of the village of Patrimonio and the renowned AOC vineyards in the Gulf of Saint-Florent, a designated "Grand Site de France." Adding to the magic of the place is the Fiume Albinu stream, which flows along the property's edge, spanned by a Genoese bridge. From here begins the historic path leading to the San Francescu di Marianda convent in Farinole.The restoration of this superb stone building was carried out with respect for tradition, using noble materials such as lime, wood, and wrought iron. This choice of materials is also reflected in the interior design, creating a subtle blend of tradition and modernity. All the comforts have been brought together to offer you a truly relaxing stay. The cottages are fully equipped: washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, television, and Wi-Fi. The owners, passionate about history and culture, will be delighted to help you discover the different facets of this micro-region. They are also passionate about oenology and, as connoisseurs of Corsican wines, can guide you to the best vineyards in the region.

In a gated, wooded, 1-hectare property planted with Mediterranean species, near the owners' house, this 39 m² apartment is located on the ground floor of a stone farmhouse that includes three other rentals, one of which is a gîte (56062). It comprises:

  • One bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm)
  • Shower room/WC
Two additional guests can be accommodated at a rate of €95 per person per stay, using the pull-out bed.
