Cozy, fully air-conditioned cottage for two people in the heart of the famous Patrimonio vineyards.

This apartment is located in Patrimonio, a region famous for its vineyards (the island's first AOC), its Baroque-style church, and its guitar festival in the third week of July, which brings together world-renowned artists. Ideal for two people, it is tastefully decorated and has air conditioning in the living room/kitchen and bedroom, large beds, and an open terrace offering a beautiful view of the vineyards.From here, you will be just 3 miles from Saint-Florent, a seaside resort whose lively town center is home to numerous restaurants, cafes, and shops scattered around the port. The region offers a wide range of leisure activities: diving, sailing, hiking for all levels, visits to wine cellars on the wine route, and more. For beach lovers, the sea is only 3 km away and the idyllic beaches of the Agriates can be reached from Saint-Florent by boat, on foot via the Douaniers trail, or by a track reserved for off-road vehicles. Finally, for a more urban getaway, you can reach Bastia by crossing the Teghime pass, with the added bonus of a panoramic view of the plain.
