Agréable séjour en famille

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Lumio. Le gîte est très original et très fonctionnel, situé dans un magnifique écrin de verdure avec vue sur les montagnes et à quelques minutes seulement de la plage. ...Nous avons apprécié le calme et la tranquillité des lieux. Bel environnement..

Bon acceuil de la part des hôtes. Super réactivité de la part de Noëlle en cas de besoin. Le gîte se trouve dans un très beau cadre. Mer, montagne tout y est pour passer un excellent séjour

Locazione immersa nella campagna Corsa, calma e silenziosa, dotazione dei casalinghi buona, impianto idrico ok. La proprietaria mi è sembrata una brava persona che ha risolto un paio di inconvenienti all'alloggio ...in tempi brevi, purtroppo emergono altri disagi oltre a quelli già citati da utenti precedenti :lavastoviglie che si blocca con fuoriuscita di acqua sul pavimento (...), ombrellone esterno non fruibile,pulizia interna delle finestre (l'abbiamo fatta noi)...etc. Questi disagi sono stati fatti presenti alla propietaria. Ambiente adatto per 4 persone di famiglia. Sono cosciente che l'alloggio è in campagna,e la presenza di cani e gatti è stata dichiarata, però succede che, se la sera mangi sul tavolo all'aperto, arrivano i gatti (famelici e alcuni aggessivi tra loro) 9 gatti tutti lì sono davvero troppi, quando apparecchi la tavola , qualcuno deve restare a fare la guardia perchè i gatti ci salgono sopra in cerca di cibo... Casa con buon potenziale, ma sicuramente da fare una manutenzione. Read more

Very thoughtfully designed house, unfortunately showing signs of time and wear, needs repair, loose bathroom faucet, unsecured oven, non-functioning coffee maker, impossible to open bedroom closet.

Séjour 1 semaine au gite Astratella - juillet 2025

Très agréable séjour dans ce gite. On se sent en pleine nature et pourtant le gite est très proche de Lumio, Calvi et des plages (quelques minutes en voiture). On a apprécié le calme, la gentillesse des ...propriétaires, et l'espace autour du gite : parfait pour notre chien et pour les enfants! Petite maison en terre très bien équipée et confortable. Le lit double en 140 gagnerait à être changé par un lit en 160... mais pour 1 semaine de vacances c'est parfait. Super séjour, on reviendra! Read more

Schön gestaltetes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage, aber

Eigentlich ein wundervolles Ferienhaus in wunderschön, ruhiger Lage in einem Olivenhain mit Ausblick auf die Berge und mehreren schönen Stränden in ein paar Minuten Autofahrt zu erreichen. Guter Standort ...zur Entdeckung der Balagne. Die Anreise war unkompliziert und wir wurden durch die Tochter der Eigentümerin prompt empfangen. Leider war das Haus nicht ganz sauber bei der Übernahme und es gab mehrere kleinere Mängel, die den tollen ersten Eindruck des Hauses schmälerten und eigentlich sehr schade sind. Die Mängel wurden der Eigentümerin kommuniziert, worauf auch prompt reagiert wurde und einige bereits in unserem Aufenthalt behoben wurden. Ich hoffe, die anderen werden beseitigt, damit man das schöne Haus wieder voll und ganz genießen kann. Die Hunde der Eigentümerin sind übrigens auch sehr lieb und ruhig. Read more

Séjour très agréable au calme dans la campagne avec une nature préservée et proche de plusieurs plages. Endroit idéal pour découvrir les nombreux villages de Balagne. Gîte très agréable au milieu de la nature, au calme, mais proche de tout, plage, ville, magasins...Nous nous y sommes sentis très bien Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et disponibles si besoin ! Semaine très sympa

Gite très bien, propre, literie confortable, au calme à la campagne et proche de la mer. avec beaucoup d'espace autour. On a eu souvent la visite des chiens qui sont très chouettes. (Un tout petit bémol ...pour la clim pas très forte, on a eu un peu chaud la nuit, mais c'était la canicule) Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de ce lieu.
