Located 300 meters above sea level, on a hill set back from the shore, Ota could be considered the mountainous half of the village of Porto.
Surrounded by the splendid red granite walls so typical of the region, Ota is well situated for visiting the impressive creeks of Piana as well as the Scandola nature reserve.
Thanks to its location, Ota offers fantastic views of the surrounding valley as well as numerous hiking possibilities such as the Mare e Monti hiking trail.
