Cargèse

Founded by Greek immigrants in the 17th century, the town of Cargese still retains traces of this history today.

The ruins of the Saint Jean-Baptiste chapel located near the U Scuminacatu menhir, the forest of Libio and the gorges of Liamone are to be visited in the vicinity of Cargese.
