Calenzana

The village of Calenzana is located on the mountain of Monte Grosso and is today known to be the starting point of the GR20 hiking trail, the Mare e Monti trail and other hiking trails.
This authentic village of Balagne is full of both architectural and traditional riches.
In Calenzana, you have to see the houses of character in the heart of the village ; just like the baroque church of Saint-Blaise built in the 17th century. A land of pastoral tradition, even today, Calenzana offers many flavors with its cheese and brocciu.
