Merci pour vos remarques mais cela mérite quelques explications. En ce qui concerne les prospectus et mode d'emploi ceux-ci ont été enlevés suite aux recommandations des Gîtes de France au vu de la situation sanitaires liée au covid-19 depuis l'année dernière pour éviter toute propagations du virus. Lors de votre arrivée, je vous ai expliqué les différents lieux à voir (plages, villages, centres d'intérêts, restaurants...) ainsi que le fonctionnement de la télé (chose que je faisais même quand tous les documents étaient à disposition car à mon goût mieux vaut une bonne explication que de chercher dans un prospectus ou un mode d'emploi). L a tonte du jardin, il est vrai que celle-ci a été réalisée le vendredi de votre départ car notre tondeuse auto-portée était chez le réparateur. La dernière tonte a eu lieu 2 semaines avant votre arrivée. La panne était due à la casse de l'axe de la lame et à nécessité la commande de la pièce sur le continent et malheureusement il y a eu du retard ( se sont les joies de l'insularité) . Les déchets autour de la poubelle, il ne s'agissait que de cartons pliés suite à la livraison d'objets volumineux pour un gîte et dont la collecte n'est réalisée qu'une fois par semaine. Lors de votre arrivée, je me suis de suite excusée de la probable gène occasionnée par les travaux qui sont réalisés à côté et qui sont totalement indépendant de notre volonté puisqu'il s'agit de travaux municipaux provisoires. En ce qui concerne les objets manquant ou défectueux, lors de votre arrivée je vous ai de suite précisé que j'étais à votre entière disposition et que vous pouviez à tout moment me signifier si quelques choses vous manquait afin d'y remédier car notre priorité est votre bien-être. Nous nous sommes pourtant régulièrement vus pendant votre séjour. Le restaurant du village a réalisé une soirée durant votre séjour pour pallier au manquement de trésorerie dû aux différentes fermetures qu'il a subies pendant cette pandémie.
