Amazing three days at Maison Madamicella

This was one of the nicest places we have stayed while travelling. We had high expectations from the pictures but it was even nicer than described. The village is beautiful, we were so warmly welcomed, ...the breakfast was exceptional and our room (the family room, number 4) was perfect for our family. You must go buy some of the jams and spices from the small shop across the street, and walk around the village at dusk - so pretty. Two restaurants within walking distance as well as a small shop. Visits to the natural pools of Zoza and the beautiful nearby beaches a must do! Dominique was so warm and welcoming. We would come back in a heartbeat. Read more

Magnifique rénovation au cœur du très charmant village de Fozzano. Très calme en soirée et la nuit. Le matin, il faut cependant s'attendre aux bruits d'un (petit) village qui se réveille. Chambre (n°6) ...offrant un très beau volume et tout le confort avec pas mal de charme (et encore, selon Roger - le propriétaire - ce n'est pas la plus belle !). Petit-déjeuner qui offre l'embarras du choix (c'est peu de le dire !). Bien que petit, le bassin de la jolie terrasse commune offre un agréable moment de détente. Accueil de Dominique peut-être un petit peu distant de prime abord, mais au fil de notre court séjour, se révèle une hôte plutôt sympathique. Roger intarissable sur le pays de ses racines nous aura prodigué de judicieux conseils. Read more

Merveilleux séjour, les hôtes sont aux petits soins. Le petit déjeuner est gargantuesque, un buffet où l'on mange avec les yeux; où on voudrait tout goûter, tout y est fait maison, et le choix est large. ...Le plus ? Chaque matin une nouvelle découverte (pancake, brownie,..) Côté chambre, le standing est haut, pas un bruit, on est sur notre nuage...d'ailleurs la literie est superbe. La chambre est refaite chaque jour, lit, salle de bain, tout est nickel. Les extérieurs et communs sont top, piscine très agréable, terrasse au calme et salon chaleureux. En bref: une bâtisse en pierres avec un énorme charme, une décoration faite avec goût, digne d'un hôtel !!!! Read more
