Created from the Center of Corsican prehistory and thanks to various archaeological excavations carried out in Corsica, the archeology museum of Corsica (formerly called 'Departmental museum of Corsican prehistory and archeology of Sartene') shelters an important collection of weapons , ceramics, tools or ornaments dating from prehistoric times, the Bronze Age and the Iron Age.

The Middle Ages and Roman times also respond to the appointment with pieces such as sculptures, ceramics or ammunition, symbols of conflicts that could exist during these periods and through Corsican history.

Through the proposed route on three levels, the archeology museum of Corsica in Sartene invites visitors of all generations to retrace the historic existence of Corsica in the heart of the Mediterranean.
