Created in 1992 by the association Les Cavaliers du Cortenais, the regional horse fair, also called Cavall'in festa has quickly become the unmissable meeting place for enthusiasts (amateurs and professionals) of the horse in Corsica.
Thus, each year during the first fortnight of June, several thousand visitors from all over Corsica meet in Corte, in the region of the Center of Corsica to attend Cavall'in Festa.
For a weekend, the organizers of Cavall'In Festa offer a diverse and varied program to the delight of enthusiasts.
Equestrian numbers and parades presented by Corsican and continental riders, to activities intended for children such as rides and the pony village; or even sessions of harnessing, aerobatics, dressage, animal traction, presentations of purebred horses, without forgetting the possible night shows, the public is overwhelmed by the wealth of proposals.
